CSAC / IKF CA "NO" HEADGEAR OPTION RULE - ONLY FOR FIGHTERS OVER THE AGE OF 18 * Must have a MINIMUM of 3 fights. * Fighter & or Trainer must be able to PROVE their bouts (Youtube or Independent Web Results). * FIGHTER AND OR TRAINER MUST SUBMIT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WITH LINKS TO PROOF OF BOUT ON INTERNET A MINIMUM 7 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED EVENT: * PAST BOUT HISTORY FORM - CLICK HERE. * AMATEUR OPTIONAL HEADGEAR APPLICATION - CLICK HERE. * If there is a Fighter with less than three bouts VS another with three or more bouts BOTH must wear IKF Approved Headgear.

FINES & SUSPENSIONS

ANY AND ALL Cornermen working an IKF Sanctioned event must conduct themselves with appropriate and proper respect to ALL IKF Ring Officials.

Any "Unacceptable and Unjustified" rude or disrespectful behavior of ANY kind by a Cornerman working an IKF Sanctioned event will result in a minimum fine of $250.0 up to $2,500.00.
UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS (INCLUDING MARAJUNA) AND OR ALCOHOL

Any Cornerman/women /Second/Trainer caught in the fighters locker-room / changing area Under The Influence of any Illegal Drugs (INCLUDING MARAJUNA) And Or Alcohol will be demanded to leave immediately and could face a fine beginning at $500.00 and a minimum suspension of 6 months.

Any Cornerman/women /Second/Trainer caught working ANY fighters corner Under The Influence of any Illegal Drugs (INCLUDING MARAJUNA) And Or Alcohol during a bout (Real as well as a Training Event) will be demanded to leave the corner IMMEDIATELY and WILL BE FINED A MINIMUM OF $500.00 and will be given a MINIMUM SUSPENSION of 6 Months.

SOCIAL MEDIA

ANY IKF CA Licensed Trainer / Cornerman who makes any kind of post or comments through any type of written or verbal social media that is considered a Conduct Detrimental to the Sport or the IKF or any of the IKF's Officials and or Staff shall be disciplined for a period of time determined by the IKF for any reason that the IKF determines appropriate. This discipline is applicable to Trainers as well as fighters from misconduct or Conduct Detrimental to the IKF or the sport by you.

FIGHTER BOOKING / MATCHMAKING -
Once a trainer has booked their fighter on an event, that fighter cannot be booked on ANY other event a minimum 31 days prior or 31 days after the **First booked event.(**) Date of "First Submitted Fight Card" is only recognized by the "DATE" of the submission of the fightcard by the event promoter to the IKF.

If a promoters can supply written (Text or e-mail) documentation that confirms a Trainer booked their Fighter on another event inside 30 days from another booked bout and has not yet submitted their fightcard to the IKF, the IKF may (Not Mandatory) review what fightcard the Trainer booked first.

This does not eliminate the Disciplinary Suspension and fine towards the double booking Trainer.

From such evidence, the IKF shall determine what disciplinary actions and fines given to the double booking Trainer.

Minimum fine for this violation is $250 and due to the promoter losing the bout. It shall be determined on how much the booking harmed the event that lost the bout.

Minimum suspension for this may vary between 15 days and 12 months. It shall be determined on how much the booking harmed the event that lost the bout.

REACH OF SUSPENSION

In addition, if such a violation occurs, the IKF has the right to suspend the Cornerman from working as a cornerman for up to 12 months in ANY FIGHT SPORT event worldwide.

If such a suspension is given and the Cornerman continues to work a fighters corner while under suspension, they will be banned from any role on any future IKF Event INDEFINITELY as a Cornerman as well as a fighter.

FIGHTERS - TRAINERS - OFFICIALS - PROMOTERS (California)
OFFICIAL NOTICE TO ANY AND ALL EVENTS OR COMPETITIONS ENTITLED AS A KICKBOXING, MUAY THAI OR ANY OTHER FORMS OF KICKBOXING OR MUAY THAI OF ALL AGES.

The following regulation shall apply to Any and All Participants Participating on or with these events which shall include Fighters, Trainers, Officials, Promoters and Event Staff.

If You've Been Told That A Certain Event In California Is An IKF Sanctioned Event And It Is Not Listed On The IKF EVENTS PAGE IT IS NOT AN IKF SANCTIONED EVENT AND IS CONSIDERED AN **ILLEGAL EVENT!

Any Participant whether holding a current IKF License as a Fighter, Trainer, Promoter or Official OR NOT WHO Participates On Any Such Illegal Event in the State of California Will Be Subject To DISCIPLINARY SUSPENSIONS AND FINES.

(**) Events held on Native American Land or "SEMI CONTACT" events NOT Done in A Boxing Ring are NOT considered Illegal Events.

HOWEVER, To Avoid Any Disciplinary Fines & Suspensions ANY and ALL IKF California LICENSED FIGHTER'S who compete on these events are required to report their bout results to the IKF Within 5 days after the event
