ALL FIGHTERS WILL NEED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING FORMS TO THE IKF OFFICIALS AT WEIGH-INS

• There is no IKF Fee for a "CURRENTLY IKF CA LICENSED FIGHTER" to fight on an Event.

• ALL Fighters on a "California IKF Kickboxing/Muay Thai Event" Must have a valid IKF CALIFORNIA FIGHTERS LICENSE ($40/Year) Which Can Be Attained At Weigh-Ins.

• JUNIOR AMATEUR FIGHTERS(8-17) PARENTAL RELEASE  FORM:                                                                                                                  JUNIOR FIGHTER'S AND PARENTS - BE PREPAPRED FOR EVENT CHECK-IN AT WEIGH-INS:
        Have this form CLICK HERE COMPLETED before you check-in at the event weigh-ins. Junior Fighters will get these done before EVERY event they fight on.
        The IKF Event Representative will check you in with this and a COPY OF YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

• ALL Fighters on a "California IKF Kickboxing/Muay Thai Event" Must have a FULL FIGHTERS PHYSICAL (GOOD FOR 12 MONTHS) Prior To This Event If At All Possible, Or Pay $40.00 To The Event Doctor At Weigh-Ins.

  • ALL FULL FIGHTER PHYSICALS MUST BE DONE ON AN IKF CA FIGHTER PHYSICAL FORM.

• PRE- FIGHT PHYSICAL FORM:

  • BE PREPARED FOR EVENT CHECK-IN AT WEIGH-INS:
    Fighters will get these done before EVERY event they fight on.
    There is no charge for these unless it's an IN GYM Training Event, in which the fee is $5.00.
    They will fill out and answer all questions for them and the doctor at weigh-ins will complete the bottom section.
